What does “+ tokens” mean?
Tokens are what the AI provider (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) charges to read a question and write an answer — the longer the text, the more it costs. We pass it on at exactly what we pay, with no profit, and every deduction is in your balance history. There is no upper limit: a long document or answer uses more tokens. To start one, your balance must cover its base price plus Rp 2.000.
How paying works
- You top up your balance by bank transfer, and it never expires.
- A plan is paid from the balance, lasts 30 days, and does not renew by itself — no bill arrives quietly.
- AI replies, blog posts and messages to customers are taken from the balance as they are used, and every one is in the history.
- Excel product import is on every plan.
