Invoices and receipts
Draft, issue, amend, down payments and instalments. Print on a 58mm or 80mm thermal printer or A4, or send by email.
Stock
Purchases add stock, sales take it away — in one warehouse or many, with an average cost per warehouse, transfers between them, and a history of every movement.
PO forms
Send one link and buyers fill in their own order at the prices you set. It arrives as a draft invoice.
Buyers and suppliers
Saved once, with several contacts each, then simply picked on every invoice and purchase.
Bookkeeping
A chart of accounts, a journal filled in from invoices, purchases and payments, and a trial balance. Not there yet: tax invoices.
Team and access
Invite colleagues by email and make your own roles, down to each permission. A cashier can issue invoices without seeing the books.
Two languages
Invoices, emails and PO forms in Indonesian or English, for buyers from anywhere.
API and webhooks
Connect other systems through an open API with keys whose permissions you set, and hear about changes by webhook.
Misspell it and still find it
Search matches runs of words inside a name rather than the whole string, so a dropped letter or a slipped key does not make the product disappear.

An invoice you can hand over
Draft it, issue it, then print it on the 58mm or 80mm thermal printer already on the counter, or email it to the buyer. Down payments and the remaining balance are counted.
Not built yet: an invoice link a buyer can open from a WhatsApp chat. For now, print it or email it.

Everything above works. What is below does not yet — it is listed so nobody signs up and then finds something that is not there.

Basic has no monthly fee — you pay only for what you use. The other plans run for 30 days at a time and make every AI reply cheaper. The rule does not change: our margin is fixed, and platform costs such as AI tokens are passed on at what they cost.
